On Wednesday 10th January, Moat Farm Junior Choir experienced an amazing, but hectic day at the gargantuan Genting Arena in Birmingham We performed an exciting repertoire of songs, ranging from Stevie Wonder classics to pop songs of today, along with having the unique opportunity to sing with a live band, upcoming artists and the fantastic street-dance group, Urban Strides.
Over 6500 children from schools in Birmingham joined together on this extraordinary event, rehearsing from September in school, then uniting on the day to experience the incredible sound of a mass choir.
Every single child in our MFJ choir behaved impeccably and we are immensely proud of all of your hard work and talented singing and dancing skills! I cannot thank you all enough!
Also, thank you so much to our wonderful adults, Mrs Hamer and Mrs Bolton, who tirelessly supported us throughout the day (and night!)
